Detailers in West Dundee usually work by appointment and book up before holidays and in spring, when pollen and winter salt come off. Mobile detailers bring water and power to your driveway or office lot, which is convenient but slightly more expensive. Across Illinois, prices for ceramic coating and film vary widely with the amount of paint correction needed first, so ask for a written quote after the shop has seen the car. Check the listing for the services offered, whether the shop is mobile or fixed, warranties on coatings and film, and the tint percentages legal in your state.

I took my CX-30 to the Detailing ER for ceramic coating (I went with their silver package) and interior cleaning. The car had some minor paint scratches and some subtle residue spots in the interior from the previous owner. Both the interior and exterior came back looking amazing! Super glossy. I can’t wait to drive it in the rain and see the water bead off the windshield. It’s clear from chatting that Erik and Rick (E and R) are both true “car guys” and love what they do. They’re very responsive, and their attention to detail really impressed me.

The experience was great. I have a white Rav4 and it needed an interior clean since during the winter it has accumulated dust, snow, dirt, ect. Detailing ER was able to do the interior clean quick, but was able to thoroughly clean my car. They were able to get in between my seats and get the difficult areas of my car. My car appeared to look as good as new. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments from my family and friends. I will definitely come back in the future. The detailing ER owners Rick and Eric are very professional and nice which made the experience even better.

These guys are the excellent, I can not be happier with the quality of work or the ease of doing business. They brought my 20 year old M3 back to showroom new appearance. I strongly recommend contacting The Detailing ER if you have detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating needs, you will not be disappointed.

After spilling catering food, and transporting a Siberian Husky that had been skunked to the Groomers, my Lexus RX350 was basically trashed. I brought the vehicle to Rick and Eric, who removed the odors and had the car shampooed back to nearly new condition. Highly Recommend!
